Rangers protect and monitor remaining mountain gorillas, Virunga Volcanic Complex, Parc National Des Volcans - Rwanda

Gorillas photobomb selfie – Gorillas Photobombing im Kongo

27. April 2019 0 comments Gallery photography, travel, various

The German well known newspaper the Welt has used one of my “Gorilla park ranger” photos for a terrific Gorilla story in Kongo. I made my footage in Uganda and Ruanda. So I am wondering a little bit, because my “Gorilla park ranger” stuff was photographed at the Virunga Volcanic Complex, Parc National Des Volcans – Rwanda and the way of protecting the unique Gorilla populations is completely different in Rwanda than in Kongo. The permit costs approximately 1500 U$ per hour for each visiting day. The free living Gorillas in their habitats are very well protecting from the Rwandan park officers and the Rwandan army !
