Apple - Leopard launch postponed
I have postponed my planned change from my old Dell laptop to a new Apple MacBook Pro until October 2007. Apple will only release its new operating system MacOS X 10.5, known as Leopard, at the end of 2007.
Apple wants to bring its smartphone - the iPhone - onto the market on time, and has had to pull developers from the operating system team to work on it. The iPhone is to be released in late June 2007, as planned.
