Private Equity Index PRIVEX
I have discovered a very interesting Open End Certificate (Index Certificate SG0HP7) from the major French bank Société Générale, which is based on the Private Equity Total Return Index - PRIVEX -. Behind the PRIVEX lie the large Private Equity Corporations (such as the 3i Group), whose weighting can be adjusted half-yearly. This is one way of managing ones money daily in the markets, instead of a direct investment which is usually via a closed Private Equity Fund.
