That may be the case, but the head of Goldmann Sachs, Henry M Paulson, has a much more optimistic view of Germany - check out his interview in the Spiegel from 22.10.05. He particularly praises German firms for doing their homework. Why does it take foreign investors - also called locusts - to uncover the real value of German companies? I will leave it at that...
